Graham Buchanan, our
Managing Director has spent most of his
working life in the public sector but left to set up Paul Power
Associates in 2005. He holds 2 degrees, a National Diploma in
Management and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education. He is also
qualified in a number of Psychometric and Personality tools. He has
been a training professional for over 20 years and has spent 7 years
as Head of a Training School.
Graham is a member of
the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute for Learning and has
specialised in Leadership and Strategic Change Programmes and Crisis
Management Initiatives.
He has also worked for 4 years at one of the
countries premier leadership academies having developed and
delivered training programmes across a wide spectrum to a number of
high profile organisations.
Graham is a Vice President of a local
rugby club and is a keen Rotarian. |
